1. Your use of this and any other websites of Mikasa Pilates is subject to the terms
and conditions as set out below, including, but not limited to the documents that
may be referred to in some of the clauses;
2. By making use of this website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms
and conditions and agree to be bound by and comply with them;
3. A client selecting to purchase any of the courses offered by Mikasa Pilates and
electing to utilise the online learning platform, shall need to have access to a
computer and/or laptop as well as a stable internet connection.
4. Mikasa Pilates shall not be held liable in any manner or form, due to a client not
having the required access to a computer, laptop and a stable internet
connection.
5. Neither Mikasa Pilates the trainers, their employees, any agents, guest nor other
persons associated with Mikasa Pilates will be held responsible for any claim
arising from an incident which may occur whilst students are on the premises or
at any studio or transported to any chosen venue by or on behalf of any of the
said persons.
